My mother had a stroke a couple months ago and became quite challenged by this, and has been at Briarcliffe rehab for several weeks. I am so deeply grateful for the wonderful care she has received by the staff here. I particularly want to acknowledge Carla from case management. She has gone above and beyond helping me and my family navigate this difficult situation. Not only has she been wonderful for our family, but it is so clear that she is so dedicated to "her families". I will most definitely recommend Briarcliffe to other people in need of good, quality care.

My 85-year-old mother recently spent two weeks at Briarcliffe Nursing Home following a full hip replacement for rehabilitation, and our family couldn’t be happier with the care she received.<br><br>From the moment she arrived, the staff was compassionate, professional, and attentive. They always took the time to explain her treatment, therapy, and progress in a way that was easy for both my mother and our family to understand. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about her well-being.<br><br>The facility was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment for her recovery. The rehabilitation team did an excellent job helping her regain her strength and confidence, and we truly believe she made great progress because of their dedication.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Briarcliff for making what could have been a difficult experience such a positive one. I would highly recommend Briarcliffe Nursing Home to anyone looking for quality rehabilitation and compassionate care for a loved one.

My family and I would like to thank everyone at Briarcliffe for the wonderful care provided to my grandfather during his recovery from knee replacement surgery. Knowing he was in such caring and capable hands gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout his stay. A very special thank you goes to Carla, who always made him feel comfortable, and at ease. Her kindness, patience, and attentiveness meant so much to him and to our family. She has a natural way of making people feel cared for, and she truly made a difference in his recovery experience.

I can’t say enough about the care given to my friend B. throughout his stay at Briarcliffe! Kindness, attentiveness as well as privacy and understanding.<br>Carla, B’s case manager, was fantastic! Funny, always available to answer a question, and shared in wonderful conversations!<br>The facility was clean, the food choices were many so you could get what you like!<br>PT was helpful and the room has a great view of one of the birdhouses!<br><br>My friend B. moved over from another facility as they couldn’t meet his request for a private room, Briarcliffe was the right move!

My mother was in there care for about 3 weeks, she was unable to walk on her own, took two staff to get her out of bed, she spent to much time in bed, when she left the rehab, she was sent to a nursing home, within 2 days of being in the Nursing home, she was sent out to a wound clinic for a bed sore she received at Briarcliffe, also ended up with a UTI, very Sad treatment she received. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO SO MUCH BETTER. Sitting on a bed pan for more than 45 minutes to WAY TO LONG.
