Firstly huge shout out Jennel for being so kind and welcoming. When you walk into a facility looking for a safe space for your family it’s truly a relief to be met with such a kind hearted and welcoming person like Jennell. I walked in originally to just ask a few questions in regards to possibly admitting my dad knowing that it was after hours and I most likely wouldn’t be able to get many answers. However Jennell not only put my anxieties to rest she showed me around and introduced me to the staff who were equally as kind and welcoming. The facility itself was CLEAN, smelled good and extremely welcoming. You could tell the staff enjoy their jobs. As I’ve witnessed some facilities that are the direct opposite. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean. The PT room was impressive and you could tell how intentional they were with how they treat each patient and working towards their daily living skills. Overall just how they treated me in the first 20 mins reflected the kind of care that I believe they treat their patients with and am extremely hopeful they will be with my own dad. Great job to all of you staff!

Today is my mother’s first day at the facility and so far they have exceeded our expectations. The facility’s elegance as soon as you walk in is impressive. The receptionists is very friendly. We arrived after 4pm. My mother is staying on the second floor (private room). The bedroom furniture is modern, tv is mounted on the wall and the room is spacious. The entire staff on the second floor have been so welcoming, friendly with such positive energy. The thought of leaving my elderly mother during the duration of her treatment has been very hard on our family but, Janelle whom we met towards the end of the evening came to the room and was so friendly and kind, explained the facility, addressed any concerns and reassured me that my mother will be in good hands.

We had a love one admitted to this facility for a few weeks, and just wanted to say the care was top notch. Overall, the medical staff, housekeeping, PT were very courteous and focused when we visited. Theresa really went above and beyond her call of duty on the late shift. A special thank you to Jennel who took the time on her daily routine to visit our loved one to inquire if everything was going well, and if any issues needed to be addressed or improved. Montgomery Village Health Care Center was the right choice, based on the list of facilities recommended prior to being admitted.

I’ve had a really positive experience here overall. Jennel is one of the people who stands out the most because she is consistently kind, supportive, and makes sure you feel comfortable. The nurses and staff are professional and do their best to help with anything needed. The environment is also very clean and well maintained, which makes it easier to feel at ease. Considering the quality of care, the pricing is actually reasonable compared to other places.

This is the 3rd rehabilitation center where my mother Nancy has been a resident, and I am truly convinced that a 3rd time is a charm. Montgomery Village Health Care center is beautiful and the staff are phenomenal. It has been so helpful to have a concierge like Jennel. Chanceline and Ella have been taking such good care of her with repositioning, ADL's and encouraging her to be independent Carletta is an amazing social worker. When my mom was having some communication issues and felt frustrated, she was open to hearing her concerns and was willing to do her best to help bridge the breakdown. I respect the way that she made an effort to prioritize my mother. Thus far have been so impressed and I feel so comfortable with her being here.
