Monarch Place truly feels like a hidden gem. It’s a wonderful assisted living community with a genuine family atmosphere that’s hard to find, supported by a team of caring and loving staff. Like all healthcare communities, there are challenges, but I really appreciate the thoughtful steps and positive changes that have been made to continue improving the experience for residents and families.<br><br>What stands out most is the warmth of the community—between the residents, their families, and the loving staff, it creates such a sweet and welcoming environment. The new leadership team is strong and clearly prioritizes residents’ safety, well-being, and happiness in everything they do.<br><br>It’s exciting to see such a beautiful community available for seniors as they transition from home to the next chapter of their lives.

Be careful sending your loved ones here all the caregivers do not care about the residents and even the directors have their picks and so does the hire up. Residents are not treated the way they should be treated and nothing is as it appears

The staff is amazing and super friendly! They offer so many options and activities for my Grandmother. The rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend! We are so fortunate to have facility like this in the area!

Kayla, Amanda, and Michael have all been amazing! They’ve gone above and beyond to make this process as seamless as possible! Amanda patiently and throughly answered the million questions I had about the process, which was greatly appreciated. Kayla is an angel! Not only did she provide a virtual tour of all available spaces, but she literally drove to my dad’s apartment JUST to bring a stool to help him get into a car! To make it even easier, Michael completed my dad’s assessment right in his home. I highly recommend Monarch Place for any one in need of a little extra care.
