I have had ongoing difficulty getting basic communication from Momence Meadows regarding my mother’s care. I have called multiple times over the past few months and have rarely received a response and never a callback. I have not been able to obtain clear information about her medications, medical visits, or overall care plan. I was also not informed of changes in administration, and there has been no consistent or reliable way to reach staff, including no voicemail or direct contact options. On a recent call, I was told I would receive a callback from the Director of Nursing within 40 minutes, which did not happen. Communication with families is a fundamental part of care, and this has been a consistent gap in my experience.

Come on Brad, you know your from corporate trying to make the place sound glorious. Would strongly recommend against this nursing home. Runnnnnn don't walk. Place is not being run for care, but rather profit.

This place is nothing but lies. The people didnt give my mom a chance to claim down which was part of the deal my wife and lady made. They tried to say she is nuts and all. When all she wanted was a pain pill for her broken leg. The place is nasty and dirty. The furniture falling apart, and the call lites going off. Also bugs crawling on the floor and walls. The hallways smelled like somebody was smoking a cig or weed.. they should be shut down asap.
