Mohawk Meadows is a very clean and friendly facility. The staff is very friendly and show so much compassionate to the residents. I would highly recommend them. If you have a loved one that needs a place to live this is a great facility.

My wife just got home in tears after visiting her mother at this home. After asking the nurses if they could help change her mother's clothes (still in same clothes from hospital after 3 days), the nurse screamed at her. Later as she was leaving the nurse (not realizing she was behind her in the hallway) was openly talking smack about her to her coworkers. I'm tempted to drive over there now and scream at her right back. Bad enough we have to deal with a sick loved one, makes it that much worse when the ppl responsible for her care openly insult you just for asking for help.

My mom is at Mohawk Meadows. I don't understand how they can have no phones in the room and then no one answers the phone when you call the nurses. They actually hang up the phone on you. This is a major problem and needs to be addressed. If something doesn't change soon I will make a formal complaint.

Absolutely outstanding exceptional care for my 103 year old mother Rosemary. I gave Mohawk Meadows a 5 star review but I would give them 10,000 stars review for their remarkable, professional , loving care for my mother. Our family is most thankful for the loving care Rosemary received while living at Mohawk Meadows. The doctors, nurses, social worker, PT, OT and staff were so supportive of Rosemary and made her time there very enjoyable. I was very impressed with the staff for keeping my mother walking instead of placing her in a wheelchair. Mohawk Meadows is a clean facility. I will be recommending Mohawk Meadows to others. A very special home away from home. My family thanks you all.
