This place is so bad my grand father was here I walked in and can’t understand why first is smells so bad the sign in to visit and floor are nasty te walls are nasty they have vent hoods open th roaches are unreal the nurses and front door people are rude as can be they let the residents lay in the shit and pee don’t answer call lights and when they do answer they do nothing they say they will be right back forgot to brig him a tray ad brought him salty chicken noodle soup prisoners gets treated better than this it’s sad and needs to be shut down don’t take your peel here can’t understand why people work in nursing field if they do not have a heart to take care of them no one should be treated this way and can’t understand how state has not shut this place down!!!!!!

This is the worst nursing home I have ever walk in to dad is there temporary for rehab and to tell you when you walk in the door the smell slaps you in the face of pee and poop I have worked in plenty of nursing homes and this one right here should be shut down they let people lay in there bodily fluids don’t give the medicine when it is supposed to be given and definitely don’t answer the call lights for 30 to hour and a half and the roaches is unreal how is it that it’s supposed to be sanitary and when you put your feet on the ground by your bed they are dirty this place I wouldn’t put a dog in I hate that there isn’t a better place in this area don’t send your people here and if you do call State and report these people!!!!!! And the nursing staff on the 2 to 10 and 10 to 6 shift are the worst

PLEASE DON'T LEABE YOUR LOVE ONES HERE! They abuse you they don't care about you. If you tell them there are certain foods you can't eat they don't care! Three times I was served food I can't eat yet they served it to me anyways. They left me laying in my waste for hours. One aide told me she wasn't going to clean me and I could lay in my waste until the next shift got here! 😡 They also left me laying in my vomit! 😡. Also a patient had to call the Police because they weren't helping him. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone. It has ex-cons who live here. The front door is secured too. Find another facility to put your loved ones in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY unless you don't care how your loved ones are treaty! 😩

This is the most definitely the worst place. The rats are having there time of their lives, The staff ( weekend staff) is lazy. Your Food is cold and not fit for your 🐕🐕🐕 Dog. And don't ask for NOTHING " I will be back., And you may or may see them. No towel's or even a wash cloth. I guess I am saying find another place if you love your Family. C.R.A.

This place is not at all what the pictures are describing. I can't believe they are trying to pass this roach motel off as a luxury place for seniors. Why don't they put pics if the real tenants and how they get taken care of. Nothing against south Dallas but I know damn well this place is not as clean and luxury as the pics. My parent was there for a year and hated it. Nurses played too much and Kevin the director was NEVER AROUND.
