My brother has been a patient there for a couple of years now. It's much better than a lot of the nursing facilities that I have visited. There are some lazy staff members who need to be retrained or fired. I think there short staffed like other facilities. Overall the patients always seem to be clean. The food always smells delicious. I never smell any fowl orders when I enter the building, it's never overwhelmed with old urine smells, like most nursing facilities.

I visit my family member at Lafayette and the facility is always clean and wonderful. The nurses and CNAs are very nice and kind.

Hi Just came from visiting my grandma and I must say, I love how the staff greeted me and the social worker I think her name is Kim she was very very helpful and another nurse was very tentative to my grandma! Room clean , clothes were clean and granny looked pleased. I can relax now! Thanks everyone

My experience there's was hard at first. because I wasn't used to people caring for me, physically or mentally and I had some depressed about my situation. However Mission Point loved me where I was at. They gave me the time to learned to trust them. They allowed me to move at my own paste. They gave me the tools to use for there and at home .to keep improving myself. All of the stuff there was remarkable I wanted for nothing .anything from food, to physical. Therapy, and occupational therapy.The social worker, to the administration office, all of the Departments.Whatever my need was They took care of it. I will always love and respect all of them. And if I would ever need a rehabilitation again I would go to Mission Point and I will refer any one there. Michelle the reception I love her. the people in activity.I love you .the kitchen you are the best. It's no on there that didn't care for my needs. The Nurse oh my God I had the best Nurse in the city of Detroit. Ms. Stephanie, Nurse Ms. Brown Nurse Ms.Kelly and most of all Nurse Nurse Ms. Tuylal I love you . and all of my aids ,Ms.Ky, Ms. Connie, Ms.Gwen, it's one more that wored day also just can't remember her name. and if I have forgotten anyone charged it to my head and not my heart. Ms.Kim worked so hard for me, she help me to get my walker.so I could have it before I went home.Thank ,you It's one more thing that I have to say. They loved on me and always had a smile for me and a kind word.I didn't want to leave and they didn't want me to leave them as well.I can go on and on about Mission Point. Oh I cannot for get about my hard worker in the physical therapist and occupational therapist., Them is some hard worker they work me so hard. Not Funny. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 😃😃 You all have a Blessed day. When Henry Ford-St. John Hospital determined that I needed physical therapy after my discharge, they asked me if I had a specific facility in mind. I choose Mission Point Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. I chose them because I had prior experience with them at the very start of the Pandemic. From March through May of 2020 I was a patient here. Then as now, everyone was kind helpful and FULL OF CHRIST LIKE COMPASSION!!!!! If I ever need physical rehabilitation services in the future, Mission Point Nursing & Rehabilitation Services Center will be the my first choice.
