Mission Pine is ok. I think it could look better with a few upgrades. The patients beds are very old and needs better ones. I think the place could use a better cleaning done to it. The few nurses I've met were awesome. They are compassionate and caring. I love that. They took good care of my mother in law. I love that Keisha incorages my mother in law to mingle and get her out of bed. She truly needed that. But appearances remain to be seen. I think for prices per month. The facility could look a lot better. I hated the road to the place though. There's potholes everywhere. That road needs to be done. But other than that. It's okay

We are incredibly grateful for the care our family member received at this nursing home. Finding the right place for someone living with both dementia and schizophrenia was not easy, but from the very beginning, the staff made us feel confident and supported. The nurses and caregivers showed exceptional patience, compassion, and professionalism. They truly understood the unique challenges that come with memory loss and mental health conditions. They treated our loved one with dignity and respect every single day, even during difficult moments. Their approach, reassurance, and consistent routines made a noticeable difference in our family member’s comfort and well-being. Communication with our family was also excellent. The staff kept us informed, answered our questions thoroughly, and always welcomed us when we visited. It was clear that they saw our loved one as a person, not just a diagnosis. The facility itself was clean, safe, and well-maintained, and we always felt that our family member was in a secure and caring environment. We cannot thank the team enough for the kindness, dedication, and genuine compassion they showed. Knowing our loved one was cared for with such respect and understanding gave our family tremendous peace of mind. We highly recommend this nursing home to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one with complex needs.
