A place where there is serious flexibility to suit the needs of every resident , every resident no matter the challenges they have, there are well trained staffs to meet up with their demands. Mira Vie is an amazing facility. August at the front desk is an absolute pleasure whenever I walk in. Aileen the business office manager is a pleasure to deal with regarding billing. Gail is doing an outstanding job in running the facility. Gail always greets me with a smile and says hi when I am visiting my dad. Keep up the amazing work that you do here.

I provide eldercare assistance at Mira Vie, Bridgewater…the facility is wonderful as well as the entire staff…the rooms are comfortable for the residents….the staff is dedicated to making sure everyone is taken care of…August heads the front desk, she is helpful to all visitors coming in and assists residents keep safe and making sure they get their meal, to name a few of her many responsibilities…Carol—CHA, attends to residents daily needs and does it with care, Jackie—housekeeper, makes sure their laundry gets done and engages in conversation w all residents ….Sophie, Tess and Dee-Ann—activities staff, run a wonderful program from exercise to crafts as well as bringing outside entertainment in which makes the residents happy and keeps them engaged, they are terrific ladies….kitchen staff prepares and serves quality food and is very attentive to all dietary needs and wants….Kevin and Carlos—maintenance, ‘keep the place running’ and assist residents w many daily repairs in their rooms…I have also witnessed all staff interacting w residents and they could not be kinder 😊

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Mira Vie at Green Knoll! The apartment we toured was absolutely beautiful, and now that my mom has moved in, we feel even more confident that we made the right choice. Nurse Christina was so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable — she made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. Kevin from the maintenance team gave us part of the tour and was incredibly friendly and generous with his time. Everyone we met made us feel like family. Now that my mom is settling in, she’s already met several other residents, and they’ve been so warm and kind. The ladies she sits with at meals are especially sweet and friendly. Highly recommend Mira Vie to anyone looking for not just a beautiful home, but a truly supportive and friendly environment for their family members!

Our Mom started out in Chelsea Assisted Living which later became Mira Vie Green Knoll Assisted Living. Mom had a beautiful room and felt very safe and comfortable. She enjoyed the food and made many wonderful friendships eating in the dining area. The front desk staff Robin, August and Tricia are welcoming and could help you with anything you needed. Erin was exceptional! She shows the room and is very knowledgeable and friendly. She goes above and beyond to help the residents. She would run in to help Mom when she called. She helped her and stayed with her on the floor when she fell. She was Mom’s angel on earth. All the aides were loving, caring and kind. The nurses cared for her and gave her many medications consistently and lovingly. Jackie would wash Mom’s clothes. She was also Mom’s friend . Jackie always had a kind word. Her smile brought joy to my Mom during very difficult times. There is no way to repay all these people for their care and love. Kevin in maintenance helped us move in and out and would fix her tv even when it wasn’t broken. Mom just hit the wrong button. He was so patient and kind! What I would say to Administrators is please get more staff. It was very difficult at times for the aides and nurses. It is very difficult work and they need more staff! We thank God for Mira Vie Assited Living!
