I could rave about this team all day. From the owner John, to Loyce and Florence who manage the aides, and Robert, Adrian, and Brian, aides themselves, we've had an EXCEPTIONAL experience with Mindful. They go above and beyond with their loving care of your loved one. Their communication is the best I've experienced across an assisted living community, multiple aide sources, the VA and hospice. They will let you know what your loved one needs. It's a gift. They also are so experienced in working with dementia / Alzheimer's patients. When we came to them, my dad was having consistent episodes of aggravation. My dad is also 6'2" and maybe 180 lbs. They took on the task of managing his care, built trust and showed exceptional patience, helped us work with his doctor to manage medication and environment, and now my dad is very peaceful. They helped us get there, and have been providing excellent regular communication without any additional billing. I am indebted to them and will remain so. Two HUGE thumbs up!!!! For me and my dad, they've been a life changer.

I drove there for almost an hour (and come back) to do my fingerprints with identogo. When arrived there they told me the system was off the whole day. I had scheduled the appointment at 10.30 am and the appointment was at 16.00. They could have reached me to let me know before…

The Mindful Healthcare team provided outstanding daily care for my father for 4 years. We had the same individual care provider for the the entire time, who is a very well educated and caring person. This consistency was very helpful, especially since the assisted living facility where my father lived had a high level of staff turnover. But everyone I met from the agency was very professional and respectful. They got to know not just my father, but the entire family. I have a great deal of confidence and trust in them. A really nice team of people. Mindful also provided nursing services and management of healthcare appointments, and were very responsive when we needed overnight care following medical emergencies. They are much better than any other agency I worked with over the past 10 years. Highly recommended.

My father is an 82yr old man with Parkinson’s disease. Two years ago, his assisted living facility wanted to move him to memory care because of his risk of falls, and Mindful HealthCare was able to prolong his stay. Loyce and Florence are knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. All of the caretakers treated my dad like a member of their own family and we included them in family celebrations for holidays. With Mindful in place, I had peace of mind that I wouldn’t be getting phone calls about my dad having a fall and knew that he had someone there to monitor him as well as be a companion!
