The facility is in a decent location. Close to everything. The staff is always pleasant when I visit my mother. HOWEVER, my mother is having an issue with another resident and I don't believe they are doing the best in keeping that individual away from my mother. The woman steals things from my mom, and even attacked her, because she wanted my mom's mobility scooter. The police were called, and nothing was really done about the situation. My mother's charging cord, and owners manual were then taken from my mom's scooter. The police were called again, and nothing was solved. I honestly worry about my mom's safety. My mother is low income, and she actually likes the place. I've tried to call the office several times, and you can never speak to anyone, and the voicemail, is full and you can't leave a message, for someone to call you back.

Having issues with bed bugs
Update: AC is out of order, in July

No one answers phone, it just hangs up after multiple calls and telling managers. They Need better management across the board! No one calls back , I can’t get a hold of my mother!

My friend was here for about 2-3 years before she died of cancer. The facility did not transfer her when they could no longer care for her to a skilled nursing home. I was her health advocate and I was uninformed of the situation until it was too late. I spoke to the owner after her death he said she had the right to stay there and it was her wish to stay, they couldn't "make her move" and that they didn't know I was her health advocate. How about calling her doctor or insurance and insisting the doctor recommends her transfer or calling me and asking for me to be involved? How about doing something? I will never forgive you. She died on your watch. She was difficult. I admit, all the more reason to transfer her out of your facility. There was a way, you didn't take it.
She also had similar complaints to what I see in other reviews lack of food and laundry services. She had an eating disorder called ARFID that if they cared to call me they would have known. Please choose another facility if possible. If your loved one is there keep close watch.

AS OF JUNE 25, 2024

I only gave them 1 star because they didn't have any less. I am still living here. 1.3 years ago, Danielle rented me a 1 bdrm efficiency apt. She and her staff knew I had a felony on my record and yet after 5 weeks if homelessness she had the heart to help me. For once in a great time I had peace in my life. She and her staff assured me, 'I was home"

Maybe spiritual, but it was true and remained that way for over a year

About 1.5 months now, new administration has taken over. At first all things were good. I have now been issued an eviction notice

I am being falsely accused of things that are not true and have yet been given the opportunity to speak to the owner, Rob.

The AC system in my apt. 116 broke down and my brother and I got it up and running again after 2.5 weeks of waiting on the promises of mgmt. The money spent, the time involved, and yes, no desire to be compensated has resulted in today's response from mgmt, "we never asked you to fix it'.

Hard to go on, but there are people here not even getting the proper health care that's being paid for by either family or insurance. I am diabetic and would be in a lot worse shape if I ate the food served here. The food cook woman, Phyllis, is an angel forced to do what is not right. The limitations have greatly increased.
