Your worst choice is MSHC. Habitual neglect of their duties is the only thing you can depend on with this service. They've plenty of excuses though, you see, it's actually your fault. MSHC is responsible for nothing except making sure they get paid. When they fail it's because you made them. That's obviously sarcasm in the rest of the world, not in their world. There are much better services in town.

I used Midnight Sun Home Care for over a year for my mom and dad. I found the care givers attentive and caring. My experience with the office staff and owner quite was different. While the staff is courteous to talk with, they were difficult to reach, were not organized or not timely in scheduling, late in confirmations, late in follow ups and accounting. I often would have to call, email and eventually drive into their office to resolve an issue or ask a question. I only spoke with the owner a few times, but when I did it was never a positive experience. If you are in need of finding care, I would encourage you to interview several firms and to do your diligence. You may ask, “if this was your experience why did you stay a year?”. We had a wonderful caregiver that did such an amazing job that their continued care of my parents made dealing with company necessary so as to be able to retain them.

They are the ultimate in professionalism while still being warm and compassionate. Kevin and his crew can customize a solution to allow you to remain safely and comfortably in your home as long as possible. They can handle many tasks for you. As leaders in the industry, they work regularly to improve the protection of our aged citizens. Kevin is also a great speaker and is available to speak to your groups. Midnight Sun Home Care has excellent standards when it comes to providing the best possible care to its clients. I appreciated the journal entries that detail what the care provider did during their shift as a way of clear communication and accountability. The owner and his staff are supportive and professional at all times. Very happy with this company!

Although I have not needed Midnight Sun Home Cares services, I know that should I need in home assistance for myself or my loved ones, they would be my choice. I have known the founder/owner, Kevin, for 4 years now and have great respect for him. He is a compassionate, professional, and committed man. He is a true advocate for the seniors of our community. All the staff that I have met are right in line with Kevin and his mission. I don't hesitate to recommend Midnight Sun Home Care to anyone who needs in home assistance for their loved ones.
