This Apartment Complex is secure and you have to be 60 years old and above to live here. It’s very quiet and clean. There are 4 floors and each one has a common area to visit or read. There is a large kitchen on the first floor and a balcony off the third floor. A huge laundry room on the second floor has washer and dryer’s that only cost four quarters. There is a waiting list for the 19 one bedroom apartments which are subsidized with income requirements. For a senior couple or individual this is the perfect place, just a few miles from the downtown area. The manager is in an open office on the first floor and she is very professional and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with this place!
