This is not a good place to bring your loved ones. The staff appears caring and helpful when residents family are around but when they're not residents do not receive proper care. Dementia patients are often yelled at by the day shift caregiver named Sal. There's a young man who is suicidal who the lead staff on the 3rd floor mocks. There's a resident who falls often but the leads of the place insist they only require 1 person to care for the resident.

A caregiver at Emerald injected a resident with too much insulin causing the resident to overdose and the resident hasn't been the same since. The list goes on and on. Do not bring your loved ones to this place. The director hides a lot of wrong doings and allows her leads to hire all of their family members and it's a mess. Do yourselves a favor and take your family members elsewhere.
