During our 6 weeks here, has been been very wonderful, very caring staff. Every need was met, staff is very friendly. I would come back to this facility, especailly to visit my friends. Managment puts all patients first. I was very sick when I came here and now leaving much better and healthy.

I recently visited this nursing home and was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire facility is. From the moment I walked in, everything looked spotless and organized, with no unpleasant odors or clutter—something that really stands out in a care environment. The common areas were bright and welcoming, and residents appeared comfortable and well cared for. The staff were friendly and attentive, taking the time to greet visitors and interact kindly with residents. It was clear that cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority here, which gives a strong sense of safety and professionalism. Overall, the atmosphere felt calm, respectful, and thoughtfully managed. I would feel confident recommending this facility to others looking for quality care in a clean and supportive environment.

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. Apparently they have deleted my reviews. I want to be very clear, if you love your family members do not put them in this facility. I have had 3 people contact me from my previous reviews with the exact thing happening!! My family member was a resident at this facility, and after what happened yesterday, I feel other families deserve to be cautious. On Friday she was doing well. Within a short period of time she declined dramatically. When we arrived, she was extremely lethargic, her blood pressure was dangerously low, her blood sugar levels were undetectable and she was showing signs of serious medical distress. We were shocked at how quickly things had changed. What upset us most was the delay in recognizing how severe her condition was and getting her the urgent medical attention she needed. They made us call fire & rescue on our own and thank God we did. By the time she was transferred out for higher-level care, her situation had become life-threatening. I understand that healthcare is complicated and outcomes can’t always be controlled, but timely assessment, communication, and escalation absolutely can. Our family is heartbroken and frightened, and we can’t help but wonder if faster action could have prevented this crisis.

Nursing and CNA’s are wonderful. Housekeeping is awesome. Therapy department is great and willing to work with you during therapy. Able to work things out with dietary restrictions and changes. Felt very safe here in this facility.

This is facility and it's extraordinary team are beyond superior in their premium level of care with patients who find themselves in need of short term skilled nursing as well as there is a highly experienced and loving team on site, eager to provide quality long term care for residents who choose this amazing new home (which are all private ensuite). Regardless of the length of a patient's or resident's stay, the knowledgeable teams in Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech pathology, Renal care, Nutrition, Housekeeping, Internal medicine, Nursing, social services, activities team, Business office, Admissions, greeting crew and Administrative teams are there to help with sincerity, compassion, kindness, and skilled comprehensive care on a phenomenal level. My mom has been a patient there since before Christmas, after a short stay in the hospital and I am grateful everyday this facility had a space for mom. She is kept clean, well fed, medicated accordingly to her medical needs, and encouraged to participate in therapy and activities. My mom is a character and resists things at times, however with cues or prompts she can be fairly independent and have quality of life, which the teams here do a great job of with mom. Now i'm not saying that everything has gone perfect, but I am saying that if there is any question we have or any issue we are having, there is always someone from the team is on top of it and readily available to support us in our questions, needs, or concerns in a very pleasant way. For example we had some questions about diet and nutrition was there helping clarify and support mom's needs with us within 15 minutes, I had some questions for her doctor and he made himself available in a timely manner with great knowledge and support, if I had a question about mom's daily care, or laundry, or her therapy progress no matter who I asked; that person made sure I got to the right person and my questions were answered in a timely and respectful way. Even the night we had an incident where my mother slipped on some water due to a leaky valve in her restroom. Like I said, she's a little independent when she wants to be. And she was changing herself for the night, lost her balance slightly but hit the guard rail with her head and shoulder which I witnessed from the doorway. Since I happened to be there and have experienced falls with her previously, I jumped in an assisted with her care somewhat; However, the team was on top of mom's care right away. Although we did have to make a short trip to the emergency room. To make sure that she was okay, her nurse & support techs attended to her before we left for St. Vincent's, and upon our return, put her in a different room temporarily and made sure to have her back in her previous room the next day, with the maintenance department, making sure that the leak was attended to. This film, this fall, my mom experienced could have happened anywhere, however, I don't know if anywhere else would have given her the kind of loving and skilled care she got at this facility. Truly I have watched the team there manage patient care with great knowledge and attentiveness in ways that if I needed a facility to rehab in, I would trust them to care for me. I also would never want mom anywhere else; so much so that we have chosen this facility as her new loving home as soon as availability arises. A big special thank you to to all the nurses and techs that have worked with mom with additional recognition to Byron, Bliss, Ayanna, Chloe, Nicole, Kristen, greeting crew of Ms. Patricia, Ashland, Chris and of course Mr. Joe for supporting the team he has in place. Thank you everyone, Missy West
