My wife and I tried to set up an appointment with them multiple times, when we were looking for a nursing home for my 85 yr old mother. They never returned our calls. We did both, stopped by the facility and called, they would say everyone was busy or in meetings, etc, and that someone would call us, but no one ever did. Very disappointing, especially since it's very close to our house. We figured if its this difficult to talk to someone, then maybe it's a sign that the facility is not being run efficiently, and might not be that good of a place. We moved on and found a nursing home for my mother that we're happy with.

My 85 year old mother was allowed to move in to an assisted living apartment that cost almost $5000 month with no heat or ac. Food, staff and management leave alot to be desired as well. I would NEVER recommend this place.

The nurses, aides and physical therapy team were all loving and caring to me. I couldn’t have gotten home as soon as I did without the entire staff. Thank you to all of you. Love, Mary Reddick.

They pull the CNA's to other halls forcibly and that's against the family policies since you have to be pulled once a week to a different hall, in addition they have residents with Covid-19 in isolation in one hall, limited equipments, rude aids and nurses, plus they lie about hiring, they get people in they know without following the protocol, using interventions in the hiring process, they don't respect the residents demands, such as keeping their favorite CNA in their hall to take care of them, it's a factory atmosphere not a facility. They don't respect the rules especially with residents that require two aids assistance, they use the lift singularly without taking precautions.

I don't want to make this long and drawn out but I'm sure it will be. My grandparents recently stayed there for some rehab to get my grandpas strength up to get him walking again after a recent heart attack. Well the rehab he received was just short of ridiculous. One day they had him stand up for a whole hour of course he got weak. He had a stroke 15 yrs ago which left him paralyzed on his left side. So then they start giving him puzzles to do, no walking so he could reach his goal of coming home. He has to be able to help himself as much as possible so it's not so hard on my nana. So he finally gets to come home on Christmas and walked about 16ft by himself which my nana, boyfriend and i all witnessed. He returns to this so called rehab and tells them that he walked on his own. Their response was to tell him that he didn't he just thought he did. Now I'm sorry but that just really pissed me off! This place is about getting that check and thats it. Not rehab of any sort. So if that is why you are entering this place you might look elsewhere. The staff is nice but no real physical therapy to get one back on their feet and their independence back what so ever. Plus they are short staffed in ' RNs and P.Therapists. Definitely would not recommend.
