Terrible, terrible, terrible, they leave your family member uncared for and covered in poop

If you care at all for the well-being of your loved one I would not put them in this facility. Besides a few nurses in the memory care I can't remember the Jamaican nurse's name the rest don't care. I just bought my mom home Monday because she was not getting the care she needed and kept having falls. They were waking her up at 5am at one time and leaving her in a wheelchair until late at night without naps, wouldn't assist in feeding her because it was a dignity issue we were told. One of the nurses Jenny took my mom's wig off her head and put it on her head mocking my mom. I could go on and on but I'll save the rest for the state when I report them. Even though it seems they get a visit from the state regularly!!!! If you would like more in depth information about my horrible experiences with this place...please reach out to me.<br>And the owner of the facility please save your automatic response because I've already talked to you about this and nothing changed.

The worst senior living place. Our experience is extremely disappointing and stressful. Communication with management is poor from the start—requests went unanswered, and when we did get responses, they were vague or dismissive.
