Incredibly lovely personnel who really care about the residents and their families. I literally just moved my aunt in and she had to be sent to the hospital due to lack of care at her previous assisted living. They have been so helpful pointing me to the right resources and the right people to get her the help she needs.

I want the full staff to know that the care taker Ava is a true diamond of true compationate care. Our mom has been residing at west mark for 8 months now, and i have to commend the staff on the outstanding, compationate, patient care that Ava provides......Westmark i truly hope you recognize what a jewel you have in this employee ! I must add that all the staff has been wonderful in meeting the ever changing needs of our mother,Kudos

Our Aunt Betty Became a resident at WestMark last Week. Everyone has been welcoming and helpful, Irene helped get her registered , Ross gave us an overview of the facility. Betty has had nothing but praises for the food and courtesy of all the employees. Irene gave her a great welcome and a dozen roses. That got her stay off to a great start. We thank you for welcoming our aunt so graciously and for taking care of her.
