My family member lives at Merrill Gardens at Campbell and it has been an amazing experience from day one. The facilities are absolutely incredible — everything is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained. The grounds are gorgeous, the common areas are welcoming, and the whole place just feels like home. The staff are wonderful, caring, and professional, and they go above and beyond every single day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our loved one. Everything about this community is top notch and I can’t recommend it enough. Five stars all the way!

My team and I have been highly impressed with the professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness of the staff at Merrill Gardens. Felicia Cantu and Alex Den did an outstanding job making our clients feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment they arrived. The community is warm, inviting, and well-maintained, and the staff truly cares about the residents and their families. My Dad has been living at Merrill Gardens in Campbell for a few years, and our family has been so impressed with the level of care and attention my Dad receives from the staff. They have great activities to keep residents engaged, and my Dad has a great community of other residents that have made his living there a positive experience. The facility is clean and all the staff are very friendly. With the level of care and attention my Dad needs 24/7, I have been really impressed with Sarum, Senior Resident Care Director, in particular. She keeps us informed when things come up that my Dad needs, and is always such a pleasure to work with. Sarum is responsive, kind and always has my Dad's health and happiness in mind. She truly cares for him, and I am so grateful for all of her help!

My transition to Merrill Gardens in Campbell six months ago was so smooth! All the residents so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I immediately felt the energy I had identified on my first visit. The staff is caring, professional and also friendly. The Care Director, Sarum, is very attentive to our needs. I'm so enjoying the many activities. I appreciate the excellent maintenance of our apartments and walking the beautiful grounds! A wonderful place to enjoy each day!

I work closely with Assisted Living Facilities on a daily basis as a healthcare professional, and I must say that Merrill Gardens in Campbell truly stands out for its excellence in this industry. The management team is outstanding. Ms. Sarum Taliva, the Senior Resident Care Director, is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to every detail. She clearly understands her role very well and demonstrates a genuine commitment to the well being of the residents. Based on my professional experience working with many facilities, I would trust my own loved ones to be cared for at this facility.
