Wasn't at all how I remember nursing homes to be the nurses were all friendly and courteous to patients and visitors alike. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. There was even a fresh clean aroma in the air. I would say nursing homes have come a long way.

This place is awful .My brother broke his hip and went here for rehab. Had to wait for 3 hours for pain pill, never came when he needed to use bed pan. Some of the nurses have an attitude when you ask for something, food was always dried and over cooked when you walk in the smell of pee would make you loose your breath ,not a good place if your loved ones can't take care of their self...

The staff was very friendly. The patient was clean and sitting in the lounge area watching a program that was appropriate for all of them. I will be returning to see him again soon.

A cna threw up in my sink and did not clean it up until it was discovered 3 hours later behind closed door by housekeeping. Administration retrieved her and made her clean it up. It smelled for 2 days!!! I sat in a urine soaked diaper my first 2 days there for 3 hrs each time. I then changed myself and it took me 25 minutes each time. Horrible place!!!

Went to visit here a family friend at this facility and the blonde young lady who you see when you first walk in is very welcoming. She answered all my questions with a beautiful smile and even got up to help me check in. She also seemed to care for the residents that were sitting around as well with a positive attitude. I am sure it can be hard staying positive at places like this but she knocked it out of the park. Places like this need more people like her
