Staff is friendly and very responsive to my questions and concerns. Jessica in the Business Office is very helpful with any account questions or billing questions I have. The staff seem to truly care about the residents.

PCH has been a great fit for our family. The facility is spotless every time we visit, and you can tell the staff take real pride in keeping it that way. The leadership is so visible and responsive, and they actually know the residents by name. Warm place with good people, and we are grateful we found it.

I only give this 2 stars because you have one of my family members actively in your community. You will claim this is false. I attempted to place a second family memeber here which is related to them. You denied them due to a food allergy. This is against federal laws. I will be contacting your ED and owner this week. I also will be reporting you to "NC Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR) Complaint Intake Unit" on the grounds of discrimination. Which is a direct violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. This means I legally can report this to the DOJ directly.<br>I also, am the head of an advocacy nonprofit and this won't be a problem to pursue this concern until it is resolved. You may be able to dispute comments on Google, but good luck with the feds.<br><br>This review has been edited to 1 star now due to your response. This is ilegal and you will find out. Food is specially mentioned as the #1 issue in the ADA.

We recently moved our loved one out of this place after being there for several years. The place reeks of urine as soon as you walk in. Patients from the memory care unit have gotten out multiple times.. walking down the street (I've personally witnessed it several times)! The nurses are busy giggling and comparing shifts instead of taking care of patients. Lack of compassion. Never put your loved one here.<br><br>Compared to the new facility our loved one is on, this place is the dumps!
