I have been very pleased with the care I have received through Eminent Caring Hands Home Care Agency. Ashlyne has been my primary caregiver and I could not ask for a better person. She is caring, efficient, gracious, encouraging, and kind. She has done an amazing job at helping me with my home care needs as well as tooting me to and from doctor appointments and work. I could not ask for a better caregiver! I highly recommend this company if you are in the need for a home caregiver.

My mother-in-law received 24/7 shift care from Oct 2020 to Jan 2022 from ECH. Kendra and her fabulous staff were professional, compassionate, available, attentive, respectful and understanding of her, her physical and mental limitations and of our family situation. I can say that they loved her and it showed!! (We had an open camera on her so we actually saw this!) They comforted her if she was 'sundowning' or anxious. They cooked and did light cleaning above and beyond our expectations. They assisted with bathing and dressing, getting up and out. They kept notes and communicated concerns to us and hospice. They were reliable!!!! In 15 months of round-the-clock care, there was never a missed shift. We didn't have to worry about staffing because Kendra herself would navigate and train a staff switch herself. If we had concerns she was eager to address them and always with logical and reasonable explanations that left us feeling she was in Eminent Caring Hands!!! She really was. We would HIGHLY recommend to anyone to call Kendra! Short or longer term care, skilled nursing, respite, or companion care, insured or not, if she doesn't know the answers she will find them because she wants to help. She and her staff are top notch and I believe my mother-in-law lived longer thanks to their TLC. Thank you Kendra and ECH staff. We would be an enthusiastic reference for ECH, anytime.
