I wanted to thank the entire staff for making my grandmother’s day so much better. The staff was so kind and made her feel like a person. The level of care she received today from the moment she came into the facility was amazing. After transferring her from another facility and holding my breath for the past 13 days. I can now breathe knowing she is in a place that will respect her, keep her with her dignity, and care for her the way she should be is indescribable. Thank you so much for everything! I can now sleep well tonight!

I recently toured the facility and was very impressed. The building was clean, welcoming, and the staff were friendly and engaging. Hannah did an excellent job during the tour, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable and informed.

Hannah Martin gave me a tour of the facilities and explained how the process at the veterans home works. It was a wonderful experience. She made me feel very welcome and I love how engaged this community is with their veterans and how special they make them feel. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend The North Carolina State Veterans Home who to anyone who is looking for excellent care for their loved one. When my Dad began to require 24 hour medical care, we were hesitant for him to ever leave his home of 50 years and unsure if we were doing the right thing. He received the best care we ever could have asked for at the NCSVH. The staff was attentive and always took time to listen to any questions or concerns we had regarding his care. The facility is clean and well maintained. Not to mention my Dad really enjoyes his hot meals and snacks!
