Went to the emergency room last night with pressure and heat in my chest around 9pm . Had no sooner checked in that Kristi came out to take me back to a room . She was absolutely AMAZING from that point until I checked out . Blood work , labs , xrays , and more , she kept me informed and comfortable. Even when I felt silly for even going in she assured me I had done the right thing ! Dr Rogan also was very informative and reassuring. Wish I could remember the radiologists name but he was great too . Everyone was !

One star doesn’t even begin to describe this service at this hospital. Went to the er with mother In law. Was here for 4 hours for fluids, labs, and urine check. Came back as nothing was wrong with her. While here waiting there was blood that was not hers on the floor. Hit the call light and was told someone would be here shortly. 20 mins later someone came in. I would not take my dying dog to this er!

Professional and caring staff, clean modern facility, offers free water, & phone charging station. I was quickly processed and seen by a nurse within 15 minutes! Nurse and drs were attentive, and I took their time to walk me through the process and all details thoroughly. I didn't need labs. They said they were optional, which was very important to me. I will be returning and would highly recommend them. I know pain is scary, but it's always good to remember to be humble, patient, and respectful, and you will be treated with the same in return. God Bless and may blessings flow 🙏 ✨️ 🙌

OVER $1300 FOR 3 SHORT PHYSICAL THERAPY SESSIONS!!! I went for physical therapy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, however, I was nervous about how much it may cost. I asked how much a session was going to cost before I started and I was told there wasn't any way to know. I did 3 sessions that month and then got a bill with OVER $1300 in charges! They bill their physical therapy as outpatient instead of an office call so instead of costing me a $20 copay each time I got saddled with a ridiculous bill that goes toward my deductible. Even after a discount for being in-network I still owed over $630 for three visits that were less than an hour each. Again, no complaints about the therapists and staff, but the price that the hospital charges is robbery. I've discontinued therapy because of the outrageous cost. My insurance told me that most independent physical therapists charge each visit as an office call so if your needing physical therapy you may want to keep that in mind and look for an independent rather than an office that is run by THIS hospital that will RIP YOU OFF
