Very short staffed. Many staff were kind and thoughtful workers. There were issues with patient safety due to the placement of bathroom/room door design. The place was very much in need of updating and new furniture felt like a 1950s dorm room. Universal precaution issues. Wait time to go to bathroom for my Mom was often over 30 minutes, so she went herself. Wound care was done well by the wound care nurse, but needed daily attention, not 2 days a week. Food was very poor.

Only gave 1 star because I had too. The food is not good, they smother everything in pepper. Some of the rooms need lots of help. Nasty carpet etc. People give you the run around instead of being truthful

Short staffed and doing the best job they can! Thanks to all that have and are currently looking after my mother! You are awesome! UPDATE: After interacting with this organization now for almost 2 years, my mother first, then my Dad and Mother, I have come to respect the staff here for all they do. Natasha B. Has been very approachable and transparent with anything we have thrown at her, so much so I joined her staff as a maintenance team employee. Thanks to everyone for your hard work!
