The Director and administrator are responsive to the needs of the facility, families and staff. The nurses are attentive to residents needs, and appropriately identify concerns requiring attention. Therapies are available and are growing. Overall the individual needs of each resident are met. Melrose is a caring place, that helps residents build a small community, and find comfort in their home. Providing space to move around, outdoor seating offering a safe and comfortable outdoor environment. There are many fun ability appropriate activities to do, with the best activities director in all the places I have ever been too. 🩷

My brother has been in 4 other facilities over the past few years. They were chaotic. He was injured in 2 of the facilities. Care was minimal at best and concerns were ignored. He has been at Melrose HealthCare for about a year. Yes, it is an older building. The caring Staff and the quiet peaceful atmosphere is what is the most important in my opinion. The residents care about each other. For the most part, they are like a family. Any time I have asked a question or expressed a concern it was resolved right away.

this place is full of very caring people who give attention to each of the residents. i have met many special people who are dedicated to taking care of the elders. the activities director is a very special person who i am so grateful to have met and i consider one of my best friends. she is such a good person and i sleep better at night knowing she is there watching over my mother and the other patients with such loving care. people are what matters and the people there are great. the director is also great and caring.
