My mother has not received any of the help she needs. She cried about her foot being broke and they told her to walk it off that it wasn’t broken!!! Her foot was so swollen that her shoes broke open. A separate situation : My mother was in the hospital for the past week and is so weak she is unable to put away her groceries. The aid said, “I’m sorry I have joint problems and I cannot help you.” I called the nurses station and spoke with Rachel and she told me, “I don’t know if I had anything to do with that situation. I’m fixing to leave for the night. Maybe someone else could help her. I’ll see what I can do.” Nobody went to help her so I called an hour later and the nurses kept forwarding my calls to voicemail. The way that the clients are treated is horrible. It’s a fancy place but the care is absolute shit! Also the doctor there keeps them drugged up so they cannot stay awake. I plan on making a report in the morning and getting her out of there.
