Our daughter spent over 2 months at Medilodge of Howell for rehabilitation. We have nothing but good things to say about her stay. She loved the daily PT and OT, the friendly staff, having her own room, the transportation to doctor appointments, and being able to stay close to home. After her 3rd surgery our daughter required more rehabilitation. She requested to return to Medilodge of Howell. We especially loved Taylor the Social Services Director.

I have very mixed feelings about this facility. My mother lived in the hospice hall from August thru January of this year,2026. The nurses and aides were absolutely amazing. But..... The day my mother passed,noone from the facility reached out to us! I found out from our amazing hospice nurse. Not one person from the facility ever reached out, other than what we were going to do with her belongings. After 6 months of collecting her money they didn't have the decency to give any condolences. If you are facing having to put a loved one here,be as involved as possible. You won't get much from management unless you owe them $

I recently DJed Medilodge yearly prom for their residents! All I can say is wow!! From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly and super helpful! The residents were so excited for this! The staff worked super hard to put this together and put a lot of time and effort into this event! Me being in the planning industry could definitely tell thought and planning went into this event! Also I watched how the staff worked with the residents! Very professional with amazing care! Very organized! I would 100% recommend Medilodge for a family member needing assisted living!! I cannot wait to do their next event! ☺️

I want to give a sincere thank you to medilodge of Howell for the care they showed my grandmother. From the moment she was there, the staff treated her with real kindness, patience, and respect. What stood out most was how attentive everyone was. They didn’t just do the basics—they actually took time with her, checked in regularly, and made sure she was comfortable and cared for in every way. That kind of compassion really makes a difference for both the resident and the family. Communication with us was also excellent. Anytime we had questions, the staff was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy to understand. It gave us real peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Overall, they helped make a difficult time feel much more manageable, and we’re truly grateful for the care and dignity they showed my grandmother. Medilodge of Howell really stood out in the way they treat people like family.

Looking for potential long term care placement for a loved one. Stopped by as I was in the area and the team gave a great tour. Building is clean and very homelike. Staff was very nice and polite when walking through the building.
