This is the worst place you could ever take your loved ones. The staff is horrible almost 2 weeks ago. They fired just about everyone that was any importance. The head of nursing is now a social worker/head of nursing. Also, I am trying to get my brother out of there my family went to go see him and they said they should’ve took a picture. It was horrible. I hate this place. CNA’s are horrible. All of them. Nurses are horrible. Anybody who has anything to do with this facility? Needs to get fired shut this facility down

To: Morgan, Director of Nursing, It is very sad that you were unable to take time out of your busy schedule to stop and talk with my brother and myself about our brother,Jerry. You didn’t even take the time to come and introduce yourself. As I have stated, this is not our first nursing home dealing. But I have never dealt with a place that was so unprofessional when it comes to just having a conversation about our loved one. Maybe it’s because all the important people were just recently fired from “Medilodge.” I’m inclined to find that suspicious. But you were in your office laughing with staff as I was calling, with your door open. As one of the employees said, if we need to find you, look for everyone standing around eating. That’s very sad. But I would like his medical records and the login information for all the times he refused care. There’s no one that’s closer to our home that takes care of trach. The sad thing about this they handled the phone off to Danielle so when I finally got a chance to get there on Friday, I asked to speak to Danielle didn’t know Danielle was a dietary aid And they told me she was a social worker now the head of Nursing is gonna be over the nurses/social worker I’m so afraid if we don’t get my brother out of this ASAP, they’re gonna kill him.he had a stroke in November he’s unable to talk. He’s on a feeding tube. He’s a veteran a college graduate because he really don’t understand what’s going on and he’s telling them with his hands to get away. They’re not changing him. They’re not cleaning his tube. I hate this place.

They truly don't care. Some people just become so desensitized to people who are ill. This is a terrible place. People are going to be held accountable before God someday for the way they treat people. Can also tell me why you let my 50 brother with a wife and two young daughters die? His illness could have been treated but you neglected care for him. We mourn deeply over this loss and you treated him as though he meant nothing. He now rejoices in heaven but you will all be held accountable on that day. All of you that played a part. I truly do pray for your souls and hope no one ever treats you this way.

We have been very pleased with the care our daughter has received at Medilodge Campus. She has been in rehab for 5 weeks and the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate her. They have shown kindness and the PT/OT team visited her shortly after she arrived , even though it was a weekend. We appreciate you!!
