I started working for village at the end of January. I’ve worked only a few weeks. I am extremely thankful they gave me the opportunity to work here. So far it has been an amazing experience. I have worked with a few clients and they are all amazing to work for! The employers paid for my CPR class, they are very flexible with my schedule, they get you as many hours as you can, getting your check is very easy, getting into contact with the bosses is very effortless, they respond quickly, and answer any and all questions you have! Highly recommend working for them, or being a client of there’s. 😊

I’ve worked with Village Caregiving for a few months now and it has been a wonderful company to work with! Mike and Laura are super communicative and friendly. By always checking in with us and our clients, asking how we are doing. They make sure everyone has what they need and will even change a visit time in order to help my clients get to their appointments. I really appreciate that they take care of both their clients and caregivers, working with Village Caregiving really makes you feel like your in the right hands 😊

"Shay" is the most childish aide i have ever crossed paths with. She came in to take care of my mother. While she was here she hit her "weed pen." twice. Then argued about doing small cleaning tasks left on the list for her to complete. Saying "those aren't her dishes."Shes on her phone 75% of the time and played youtube so loud i heard every cuss word they were saying 2 rooms away. Refuses to do meal prep. I asked 3 times to stay off her phone. Such unprofessionalism, the company knows all of this though. I sent the company a message and they still sent her there 2 more days.. And i videotaped the way she talked down to me. She is not dedicated to her job while on the phone to other jobs. My mom's time isn't valuable enough? My mom doesn't want her back. Her nails are too long to perform her job let alone clean. My mother did not like that either. She has a problem doing anything I asked, that was apparent and she even said so. Victoria & Lisa are amazing though.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to make an exception for Nina at village caregiving. Their support during a critical time for my family was nothing short of exceptional. The compassion and professionalism they displayed went above and beyond our expectations. Every staff member treated us with such care and respect, making a challenging situation much more manageable. I am truly grateful for their dedication and the peace of mind they provided. Sometimes, a simple thank you doesn’t feel like enough, so I wanted to share our positive experience and commend their outstanding service.

Village Caregiving is absolutely wonderful to work with! Through and through the best caregivers in the area. They are very flexible and have reliable workers that won’t take advantage of their clients. There is also very good communication with management if there is ever a problem! I recommend Nina Smolinski if you are near the Lansing area.
