Absolutely HORRIBLE home healthcare! They are consistently late for every single visit! They don’t communicate within their own company or team! I just can’t understand why they cannot communicate with each other and why they are late every single time they come! They could at least call! Then when someone calls to ask the patient how the home healthcare team is doing, when you tell them the truth they make up every excuse in the book! Don’t waste your time with them, find another home healthcare company!

I have had 3 home visits upon my release from the hospital and each has been very professional: 1) Called me to make an appointment; 2) On time for appointments made; 3) Thoroughness of care; 4) Follow-up call by Supervisor. I could not be more happy with my PHP Medicare Advantage selection.

TERRIBLE! Take down wrong phone numbers, so don't get approval. Expect you to sit at home and wait for a call. Call when you're out and expect to schedule an appt in an hours time. Call 10 minutes before scheduled appt to cancel. Therapist lie saying you refused appt...NEVER happened! Case mgr is extremely rude! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone...the WORST ever!!! If you can get your loved one out, take them to Sheridan Hospital for PT/OT or Spectrum Greenville for PT/OT & Speech that's where we will be going back to.

The professionals they have sent out to take care of my PIC line and infusion therapy have been stellar. Extremely competent people with good knowledge and ability to help me resolve any issues. There have been issues with appointments getting scheduled . I have had to call into the office to get routine appointments setup that they had failed to do. I would expect routine weekly appointments to be managed by them. Overall very happy with the home healthcare nurses and especially the quick response to after hours issues.

So we're supposed to arrive 15-20 minutes before appointment. Now we've sat here an hour, excuse after excuse, other people's X-rays other people this other people that! A young girl had to drink lots n lots n lots of water sit here over 45 minutes and not pea herself. Exemplary The room is empty now and still we wait. Next time we will go to a specialist in Grand Rapids. #thisplaceisajoke
