This place is absolutely outstanding!! My sister Laverne was a resident here for 3 years. The staff went out of there way to make sure all of her needs were met and that she was comfortable! Everyone here always has a smile and a hug, just like family!❤️

I like all the PT, ( most) CNAs, med and wound nurses, housekeeping etc ( too many to list), I wanted to share a special thanks to Ellie (spelling?). I’m very stubborn and thought I was correct about something important and like a true nurse, with the huge amount of patients, took the time to show me what she was saying was correct and had taken the time for me to know she cared and was looking out for me , even though it’s hard to be wrong. I apologized and recognize her potential to accomplish any goal she pursues. I’m sorry for doubting you, Ellie, thank you for not only accepting said apology but I love the funny way you showed me, was not condescending but I love a sense of humor. You made me laugh at my mistake before I made a bigger one. Never stop your ways of being a superior nurse and pursue your goals. You got it!! If they had an award for employee/nurse of the month, you’ve got my vote. Sorry for ALL the times you tolerated me too. And very authentic and empathetic towards us all and personally made me feel like I was your only patient which I think you probably do with each of us. Thank you again, Ellie 👩‍⚕️🏥

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t even send my dog here. Doorknobs falling off doors / walls falling apart/ the food half the time they forget to bring you food. If they do it looks like dog food. Try to ask to speak to administration and they won’t even meet with you they ignore you. You are suppose to have pt/ ot 5 times a week your lucky if you get it 2/3 times a week. My mom’s been there 4 weeks and she’s gotten maybe a weeks worth of therapy. Call lights sit on for an hour at a time, leave you covered in bowel movement the list honestly could go on and on I am so disgusted and mad! 😡 all they are worried about is getting admissions / money and not quality care. There is no respect or pride in the building. I myself fell outside bc nobody salted the driveway and didn’t even get any remorse joke of a place shameful

Last time I was there visiting a resident 3 weeks ago, one of the staff was mocking one of the clients who yells out repetitively. very unprofessional. It smells to high heaven and there's always full urnals by his bedside. We do his laundry for him since his items never come back and is replaced by worn, torn, and stained clothing. What happened to the nice new track suits and sweats I just bought him? They were marked. Now they're trying to change his insurance so they can keep him? He's only there for rehab and he's last stay there landed him in the ICU on a ventilator! He's there for a bed sore on his foot! We're trying to get him home but they won't return our calls and reported us to APS, trying to keep him in there. If the administrator cared about the patients as much as she cares about her little french bulldog she pushes around in a cart, it would be a different place.

My mother has been a patient here for the past week. I am very thankful this is the location where she was she was placed. The facility is old. But the staff here is fantastic. Each and every staff member is so nice. They truly exhibit a caring and love for the patients. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the patients. They show great respect for the dignity of their patients. I have been truly pleased with my mother's stay here. She also comments always on how nice everyone is Special call out to Angela, Bernard, Sandra, and Lucy whose care, kindness and compassion go far beyond the norm.
