My daughter has been at Meadow View for almost 6 months (from April 2025). I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. She has her own room and shares a bath and a kitchenette. They take care of her meds and meals. The director, Jesse, is very approachable and friendly and tries to take care of any issues that come up. It is a Medicaid facility so it isn't as fancy as some private pay but I think having your own room instead of having to share is a very important advantage.

I'm considering moving here but I have to admit I'm a bit concerned about the attitude of staff members. Upper staff? Are you tending to the concerns of residents and their family members? I don't want to be judgemental towards your facility but not answering phones is truly a bad sign as what is to come. Are you allowing your staff to behave rudely to family? Do they cuss in the presence of residence and family there? Are they surfing the Internet and not doing simple work there? It sounds like it. I don't tolerate any abusive attitudes or laziness in a place I stay at. It's common sense to stay polite to residents and family members towards their concerns or any questions they might approach your with. I'm just saying.
