Based on my opinion! The Smiths are a husband and wife team. The wife administration, the males a nurse they both claim to be nurses, but they would know their ass from a hole in the ground. These people cannot be trusted. They do not know what they’re doing as a result of them not listening to the doctors instructions as well as me although they did call me administration Because they weren’t getting their way I had to fire them. They are deplorably disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves and they should pray every day for God to forgive them.<br>Now 9/6/2024 after a 19 months I’m still in need of medical care had they known WTH they were doing I would not be in such discomfort, pain suffering on top of the anxiety for putting my trust in these people I’m looking for one and 69,000 to file

They were good at first then I called to see why they hadn't called they said my mom was on hospice I said no She's not ....then they said it's because she was in the hospital twice Oct and Nov ....which only because her sodium levels were low then high ....said they call me back never got a call back I think the nurse just didn't want to see my mom ....they left without a home healthy provider ..and my mom needed a cath change every 2wks ....
