Maxim is a great place to work for, the staff is very helpful. Tanner Friedly specifically, he went above and beyond to help me through the hiring process. He has made it his mission to find me an assignment that would work for me. Followed up with me and answered any questions that I had. He is professional, kind, and the best recruiter I have ever had the pleasure to work with!

I have been working with Maxim for over 6 months now. They pay me very well as a nurse for over 20 years. They are very understanding about me putting my family first. They will find me availability when I want to pick up extra work. They are always friendly when I come in to the office. The office staff work hard and they do their best to staff their patients and make sure their employees are also accommodated. I love working here!!!

The most sexist company I have ever encountered or done business with. My son has nurses with them and any time I would call to get information. I would get put on hold and then hung up on. Any time I would email them, I would get no answer. However when my son's mother would call they would help her immediately and give her anything she requested.

This has been the worst agency we have contracted with. We have several agencies that we have contracts within our facility and Maxim is the most unprofessional one. Their staff doesn’t show up for work half of the time and no one from the company has the decency to call the facility and let them know. We just Find out once the shift starts & the nurse isn’t here. You can’t get any help or feedback from anyone there. Don’t contract with these ppl please.

My 24 yr old son was in an auto accident and was left with severe traumatic brain injuries. He is confined to a bed, cannot speak and requires 24 hr. Care. We have Maximum health care to provide services for us. At first I was skeptical of having strangers in my house taking care of my precious child, but my concerns were relieved the moment I met Dakoda and his team. They are very professional, courteous, and above all knowledgeable. They have the greatest nurses I’ve ever met. Everyone that has been here has been top notch. They know exactly what they are doing and have done a great job of teaching my family how to do everything thing that my son needs. They are very polite and nice and have plenty of patience. My son has taken a liking to them and works very well with them. I could ask for a better company. Maximum Health care have been Angels sent to my home. They have made this agonizing time so much easier. Thank you Maximum!!!
