We have received nursing services through Maxim (and before that it's predecessor Centrus) for a family member for over 25 years. In that period we occasionally worked with other nursing agencies, but Maxim stands out above the rest. We continually rely on Maxim to fill the great majority of our nursing hours. Maxim has successfully staffed our case, both at home and school, when other agencies were unable to. Maxim nurses receive great training and are very competent once placed in the home. The clinical and office staff are compassionate and responsive, putting the patient's and the family's needs first. We are equally pleased with the Complex Care Assistant (CCA) services we also receive through Maxim (thank you Emily!), and our scheduler Brandon is top notch! We are grateful for the care and support Maxim has provided our family over the years and we would highly recommend Maxim to anyone in need of nursing or CCA services.

Our family has been very happy with the way Maxim has been attentive to our son's needs. From the beginning, this agency was the only one who communicated any progress made weekly in finding nursing staff of the 4-5 we contacted. We developed a great relationship with our first recruiter, Dillon and then later with Patrick. They listened well and over time were able to fill our nursing requirements. The nurses are well trained and very caring. I highly recommend this agency.

Maxim has been very helpful in being able to care for our son. They have been very proactive in finding nurses to help us be able to give him the opportunities he deserves. The office staff, case mangers and supervisors are very responsive. The communication between staff and our family has been excellent. They are quick to address any needs or concerns we have had. We have been dealing with nursing agencies for our son for 20+ years. Maxim has definitely been a step above the others. Their attention to the patient and the family has made a huge difference for us.

Maxim Healthcare Services has been absolutely amazing for our family. They are so easy to work with. Our child needs a nurse to ride to school with him, and Maxim was able to find several amazing nurses to ride with him. The nurses are caring and have such a special bond with our child. Maxim has been wonderful about staying in touch. They are very quick with communication, and they have been there to help and support us along the way. I highly recommend using Maxim Healthcare Services!
