This company is a waste of time. Called and offered me a client working on the weekend. Started my onboarding process and background check. I was cleared and the day before orientation I reach out to Kiana who told me one of my days was giving away. I asked why wasn’t I notified and she said changes happen all the time. She was not friendly and was very defensive.

I've been an R.N. with Maxim Healthcare for over 7 years.I absolutely love working for this company. Everyone in the office is super friendly and supportive. I'm nearing the end of my career that has lasted 41 years and counting, and working for this top notch company to close out my career is special to me. Finally I love the Managerial staff; they too are supportive and have an open door policy which I love!!

The staff in the Maxim office in Asheville, N.C. are absolutely the nicest people I have ever worked with. The scheduler Allie is very good at her job. Kiana is the most knowledgeable person you can find for a recruiter. John is doing a great job. Ethan is fantastic at Payroll. Adriane is the best Director of Nursing I have ever seen, really very knowledgeable. Penny is a very good Supervisor for me. Spencer is a great Director and he somehow keeps it all running so smooth that it is a great place to work. Even James on the weekend on-call is so great and has been for the long time I have been here. I look forward to working with all of these fine folks for a long time until I can finally retire her many years from now. Thanks.

Absolutely love the staff and services here. With very friendly almost family like environment but still with professional boundaries. They have outstanding work ethics and adhere to the laws and regulations that govern health care services. Definitely a pleasurable company to work for.

This is my second time working for maxim and I absolutely love it. They are so good with working with you on your schedule and finding you the best fit client to work with. I have had the opportunity to work with both sides of that business. Everyone in the office works to get the best care for all clients under their belt. I recommend a lot of people to work here.
