The residents and employees are exceptional. Unfortunately the administration is paternalistic and ageist. The meals are horrible. The cottage in which we reside is poorly constructed and uses the 2nd cheapest Loews materials.

The staff at Deerfield are very dedicated to their residents, I have never seen this level of genuine care for people anywhere else. The food is also fantastic with excellent quality and choices.

My parent live here and my grandmother lived her last days here. If you've got the dough to get in, you're golden.<br>Update: Both parents died at Deerfield. They went from living in a private apartment to skilled care. The people working there were lovely. I love that place. A portion of my parents’ ashes were interred in the garden with the bell. I stand by the five star review. Thank you to all the folks at Deerfield. ❤️
