My dad is a long-term resident at Marshall Manor, and I believe he is in good hands. The staff here is very friendly and responsive. The communications with nursing and social services is outstanding. Any time my Dad needs anything, they’ll call me (and vice versa). There are too many good nurses to count, but I also want to give special thanks to Ashley (social services). She is amazing, and simply a wonderful person. Thank you, all, for providing a caring place for my Dad in his twilight years.

The administration and CNAs were wonderful BUT the nursing staff and wound care team almost killed my dad. DO NOT recommend

They treat my mother like family. We visit anytime we want to. The nurses and aids are the best. They immediately call if anything happens, even something minor.

I’ve just experienced the worst 24 hours of my life. My dad was admitted into hospice care. I called Dana to understand how I was able to visit him and my mom. Dana was very unprofessional and uncaring. There was a difference between me visit my parents (I live in Texas 4 hours away) and my siblings who live out of state. I didn’t understand that “policy” and strongly disagreed. After a few moments Dana made the most gestapo type statement- she said ok then everyone gets the lesser amount of time. The hairs on my arm stood straight up and my husband and I cannot believe we had just heard that. While I was there my dad passed away. After an hour and a half, I was told to leave. My mom cried and begged for me to stay just a little bit because we were calling family and friends. But Dana said no and I was “escorted “ out of the building. I’ve never experienced such heartless, disrespect and disgusting show of “management “ in my life. So when Marshall manor says they care and support their patients and family- that a total lie.
