UPDATE OF EARLIER REVIEW: I gave an earlier review and realized I never updated it for the rest of my visit there. I was there approximately 2-1/2 Weeks. The same problems that were in my original post continued. I was in rehab for a colostomy. This means I have to wear a bag to contain my poop. I was also in diapers. I would have been able to avoid diapers, if anyone would show up to take me to the bathroom. I was not given a shower in that time until a day before I left. That was also the day when they finally showed me how to empty my colostomy bag. I was givrn no further instructions. I was also sent home with a colostomy bag that had been attached for about 2 weeks. It started leaking as soon as I got home. It was not until I saw the ostomy nurse, that I realized I should not wear a bag for 2 weeks. About 6 days is max. To summarize, they left me dirty, did not teach me how to do my colostomy bag and sent me home with a bag that was overdue to be changed

I have been a patient here since 7/3/25 and have had excellent treatment. The physical therapist are great in pushing you to help yourself and the occupational therapist make sure you can care for yourself when you leave. The majority of the other staff are great. I highly recommend Plum Ridge as a rehab facility.

Been here a short while for rehab. This is about the quality of food or lack there is. Simply put, their food goes right through me. The food I had the two weeks I was in Sky Lakes hospital is better. That is saying something. Update: 5-23-25. Been here just over a week & I’ve had the runs everyday, which I’ve told them about. Finally today they want to test me to see if I have C-Dif. The food isn’t very good trying to get them to distribute my meds more like I take them at home is more than challenging. I get told lead RN or resident Dr will come talk to me but they rarely show up. The majority of staff I’ve dealt with are pleasant people it’s just the food & upper management that appear sub par.

After being discharged from hospital without full medical care that was needed previously to the hospital stay. My mother has had to fight for all her medical needs to be met in a rehabilitation facility.. 45 minutes to wait for assistance to be able to potty. 25 for someone to show up and another 20 for them to get help after 4 months my mother has become incontinent and the need for those supplies is overwhelmingly important.. she was sent home on a Friday with 6 adult diapers to make it through the weekend. So we basically had to beg borrow and steal adult diapers to just to make it through the weekend. Only go here if you want fed. Because that’s all they was good for
