Brieauna did a great job of answering questions and providing information ahead of a tour for my mom. Her team was attentive and caring during the tour of Crystal Terrace. I can tell it's a very nice facility with staff who care about their residents.

Breanna has been amazing in assisting our family with the process of finding my mom assisted living. She is always available to answer questions by phone, and when meeting in person she always makes you feel welcome with a big smile. She has great listening skills, has empathy in working with us in a stressful situation. My entire family and I thank her for making this transition for my mom and all us so much easier. Crystal Terrace has a gem of an employee in her!

We’re moving my boyfriend’s Mother into Crystal Terrace and Brieauna has been so helpful and responsive. It’s a lovely place with great staff, keep up the great work!

We just moved our mom into Crystal Terrace and so far, our impression is very favorable! Brieaunna has been wonderful to work with, the facility is very nice and clean. The other residents are so friendly and welcoming and it's obvious they are very happy there!

When I walked in expecting to talk to a former employee I was feeling nervous and a little concerned. But the new director of sales Brianna was absolutely amazing. She made me feel welcome she made me feel seen and heard. She was able to answer all of my questions and put my uncertainty to rest. She made me feel like this was the right choice for my mother. I was impressed with the facility and all of the staff that I met with and talked with. The residences I saw all seemed happy and well taken care of. If my mother ends up in this facility and everything goes as it seems I would highly recommend Crystal terrace for your loved ones needs as they advance in life.
