They don't listen until you have a fit, plus aids don't respond in a timely manner, waited 46 minutes this morning to get changed, now still waiting after 32 minutes and counting. Food is horrible, some aids are good but some just work for the money.

They Do All That they can for the residents in their facility - they are loving and treat each patient with as much love respect and dignity that could possibly be asked of them as a nursing home - the new administration is really doing amazing things with this place - now understand that there is a history and that’s gonna take a lot of work to undo and make up for everything that has once happened - because with each administration there’s changes and things that have to be addressed it’s almost like a presidency - they come in and have to clean up after the previous administration - I give props to them- patient care and cleanliness is their highest priority - they are really working hard to reverse the history that looms ever so deeply over this place - keep up the good work Marlow Manor -

My dad has been at Marlow Manor, as we call it, for a couple of months. The staff is so kind and works to understand each person’s habits and daily rituals. (My DAD is a walker :) No one else ever took the time to “get” him, and it means the world to my family that they do! Every day I visited, there were activities and fun games going about! The people residing there are kind, respectful and protective of each other. Wonderful! I cannot wait for my next visit! C LaMonte

My mother lived here for 3 months at the end of her life, and we had nothing but good experiences with the staff. They all went out of their way to care for her and interact with her, and not just the nurses and aids but people from every area - laundry, housekeeping, kitchen, etc. My mother was in a condition with lots of needs, and she was unable to even really communicate with them, but they went out of their way to help with her care, bring her things from home that they thought she might find a bit of joy in (stuffed bears, play food). Becky (head of housekeeping) especially went out of her way to connect with her as well as with each family member who visited, which we appreciated so much. My family has prior experience over several years with a different close family member being in a much pricier, newer facility in a different town, and we would choose Marlow Nursing every single time, no contest. It's all about the people, and the people here go out of their way to show their love and care.
