5 ⭐️ PLUS!! I arrived to the facility unsure where to enter it being the 1st time on an agency position . I asked a staff member, “where I was to enter facility?” Not only did their staff point me to the direction but they walked me to the door and let me in. I knew right then it was gonna be a good shift. Working for agency sometimes you just don’t know what the staff nor faciiity is gonna be like. I just wanna say this faciiity is PHENOMENAL! All staff were welcoming and respectful! They all were quick to help and show me around with out acting as if it were annoying and too much for them. It’s rare that you go to facilities and get more then 2 words spoke to you. Gregston’s be very proud cause you’re doing it right! Staff were on top of patient care = very very minimal skin issues if any at all and residents treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Clean and tidy rooms.. I could go on and on about Gregston’s. This is a prime example where I want my loved ones to go. Got a great TEAM!! Be PROUD🫶🏻

Where to start…. I work through agency and travel to different facilities across Oklahoma. Wasn’t really expecting to see and proud to be apart of for a few hours there. First I was greeted warmly by all staff members while the residents were having fun playing Bingo. During my walk around with a staff member I couldn’t help but notice how clean the facility and residents rooms were. During my shift there everyone worked as a well oiled machine. From patient care, med pass to just ensuring the overall safety of all residents. All lights were answered immediately and the team work was impeccable! While there I did not see one wound on a resident which is unheard of. Every resident was treated with dignity and so much love. I would personally out of every facility I’ve been to would choose Gregston’s for my loved one. This is how every nursing and rehab facility should be! Oh and if you ever get a chance to tour the facility make sure to view the outside sitting area. Absolutely beautiful. Gregston’s has restored my faith in long term care. To all of the employees who work there. Fantastic job! You’re setting the bar of how each facility should be.

It's been several years since my father in-law was there but I can say for sure the people who work there are very dedicated to the people they take care of and help the kinfolks that are there visiting them people should not judge them because they do have rules and regulations to follow I was there everyday visiting him because he didn't understand why he was there trust me he wasn't the ideal patient but he was treated like he was a great patient and that says a lot I hardly ever seen other kinfolks visiting like they should of but I know they have their lives to live but take the time and visit they are the last kin that they will see before their time is gone I really appreciated the whole staff and that means all the cooks the cleaners and medical staff they work together as one to make the place work I respect them more than words can say THANK YOU ALL RB AND RB

I wish to thank you for the wonderful Mother’s Day celebration on Sat Food was delicious; especially the chocolate The finger food was outstanding The staff was great: they made coir sausages and May flowers for all residents pretty and made mom so happy An excellent day for mom and her daughters.
