This is a healthcare setting. I thought it was very inappropriate how the staff came wearing what every they wanted. Ripped jeans with holes should be left at home. I am not a fashion police, but they should strive to uphold some class and professionalism. I would not leave my loved ones here, they just don't have enough staff to care for them all.

We have been absolutely pleased with the care given to my mother at Marjorie House. She is happier than she’s been in a couple years there, looks great & is well cared for. Her room is always clean & staff truly care. I would 100% recommend Marjorie House to anyone in need of memory care for their loved one.

Excellent memory care facility for elderly with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Extraordinary care and assistance from friendly staff, they treat residents like their own family members. Happy residents and happy family members knowing that their loved ones are well taken care. Very good infection control precautions procedure in place.

I am rating Marjorie House poorly because of the level of care that our loved one has been receiving. He has dramatically lost weight (60lbs) since moving in in September, he does not get his depends changed regularly (we have a camera in his room) and both the owner and the admin have failed our family and our loved one with poor communication and a lack of common sense. If it were not for covid-19 we would have moved him out much sooner. We have documented Marjorie House on numerous occasions not following the care plan that they have signed. I also have a testimony from a former employee that states they lack training for their new med techs including leaving them alone to distribute meds after just a couple of days training. Another caregiver was fired because of the verbal abuse we caught on camera. Our family has appreciated a handful of the caregivers who have given their heart to help our family member but unfortunately the owner and the administration has failed our loved one due to poor overall management.
