My mom was a resident for almost 2yrs and husband allowed them to hold a photo album and assured him that there activity director took possion of it and guaranteed Bob he'd get it back, been almost 2 month's and they still refuse to do anything, they've been married 65yrs now the memories are lost

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Maple Valley hired my sister to come in and offer an experience to the residents that included the Easter Bunny visiting and dropping of goodies. To date they have not paid and continue to give a run around. They are completly dishonest and I would never entrust them in tje care of my family member EVER!

Took my 88 year old father out of this place after continually asking for reports of where his additional $4,800 a month was being used on him for his care, on top of the $4, 500 for rent. Yep $9,300 a month! Got him home and his toenails were so long they were growing curved back down into his toes, cutting other toes where they digging in... he now is seeking help from a podiatrist for this issue as well as the horrible fungal infection he has... I would highly NOT recommend this place
