Had my grandpa in there after he broke his hip so he could get physically therapy and they couldn't keep up on his pain. Some of the staff where talking about how alot of them where going to quit and the person delivering the food was rude to my grandpa when my grandoa asked what was for dinner the guy delivering the food said that it didn't matter what it was that it was food and then left. Hand sanitizer was empty and it took them 5 days to refill it. Roommate pissed on bathroom floor nobody cleaned it up until my mom complained that it was a biohazard and creating a fall risk. The language by staff is awful f**k and shit in the hallways where residents and visitors could hear them. Staff was also heard laughing and making fun of a resident who the staff said smelled again in the hallway where other residents and visitors could hear them.

Highly recommend the Life Care Center of McMinnville if you are looking for a short term rehab or long term care facility! The therapy team is the best - skilled, cohesive, compassionate, and the director of rehab is great. The departments communicate well with each other. The nursing and administrative staff are hardworking and caring. The building is very clean and well stocked with supplies. The activities department puts on fun activities and really engages the patients/residents. I wish more facilities were like this one!
