Maria in sales was absolutely wonderful. Answered all my questions, took so much time with me. Then after I left, I must have texted her a dozen times with more questions. She was always so happy to help me. I would have moved my mom there in a hot second but then an assisted living unit came available where she was living so I didn’t have to move her to another location.

We rarely leave reviews, but families deserve to know what to expect.<br><br>The level of cleanliness here has been extremely disappointing. Resident rooms and bathrooms are consistently unsanitary. Surfaces in personal rooms often appear not to have been wiped down in months, and bathrooms are left in conditions that are simply unacceptable for a healthcare environment. Families should not have to repeatedly ask for basic sanitation.<br><br>Equally concerning is the response from management and housekeeping. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, requests to keep rooms clean are often met with rudeness or indifference. That is frustrating when you are advocating for someone who cannot advocate for themselves.<br><br>Another ongoing issue is the handling of residents’ clothing. A significant amount of personal clothing has disappeared, while other residents’ clothing regularly ends up in the wrong rooms. We were told months ago this is a known problem, yet there appears to be little effort to correct it or prevent it from happening again.<br>Residents deserve dignity, cleanliness, and respect. Families should feel confident that their loved ones are living in a safe, sanitary environment and that their belongings are being cared for properly. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements for the residents who depend on them.
