Although my brother was only there for a couple of days, we experienced nothing but kindness throughout the whole ordeal. Thank you for everything you guys are awesome.

The management literally couldn't care less about the residents living in this place. Most of the aids and nurses do their best to offer good care, but the upper management is only concerned about their "budget."

Our Mother has lived at the Manor for over a year. I have heard her say many times that her nurses and aids are loving and caring people. No environment is perfect due to circumstance however she has felt loved and cared for by her core veteran caregivers since day one. They have in many ways gone above and beyond for our Mother. We are grateful for all they do!

Absolutely disturbing experience for me and my family. My mother went there From St Anne’s, the staff did the least amount of work as possible. There work ethic and care for patience was Just sad. Without going into more detail, please choose life-care or long meadow you may have better luck for your loved ones. The management should be ashamed.
