Help me write a review about maple wood nursing and rehab center. In a short paragraph How staff is unprofessional talks about patients and also using profanity while they are in ear shoot/ area while higher management is in the area and say nothing or do anything how nurse be sleeping and smoking in there offices. How patients rooms are not up kept ceiling about to cave in bathrooms and over patients beds while they are sleeping. There is 4 people to one bathroom and they are aware and never make the room hazards or unacessiable. Staff just has job titles and don’t know how to mange situations when patients are families are in need. Family has to do higher management jobs and figure it out themselves.patients miss appointments because staff is not documenting or following up with management. We have reached out to the State and other agencies but no help.<br>With me and my love one experience and personal experience please ran I would not send an animal there!
