Maple Village

Maple Village is an affordable senior housing community located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, specifically in the Germantown neighborhood next to Vernon Park. The community serves seniors with low incomes whose household members are all 62 years and older.

Maple Village offers one and two-bedroom affordable apartments for seniors. Resident services are available onsite and through the Center in the Park, providing support to residents within the community.

The community welcomes pets, allowing residents to keep common household pets in their apartments. Service and assistance animals are also welcome, and residents must inform management of their need for a service or assistance animal. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the property. Residents must sign a non-smoking agreement and ensure that they and their guests smoke only in these designated spaces.
